NYC: ABOVE & BEYOND
In 2019, NYC & Company partnered with the Empire State Building to launch a new interactive exhibit on the 80th floor of the iconic skyscraper, where touch-screen kiosks invite visitors to browse and save inspiration from NYCgo.com. In addition to branding the experience NYC: Above & Beyond, I played an integral role in developing the user journey and wrote the copy for the screens. After sharing their trip length and interests, users can browse recommended experiences, choose those that interest them, and generate a list of favorites.
